Ignite your child’s summer with our fun fitness program! Your child will stay active, engaged, and learning while developing healthy habits and realizing the vital mind-body connection. Scheduled on Monday 6/19 to Thursday 6/22 from 8:15am to 9:45am, this program provides the perfect opportunity to kickstart your child’s day.

Our primary objective is to help children understand, through experiential learning, the essential link between a healthy routine and overall well-being. Each session offers a range of activities, including social engagement, stretching, pre-running exercises, and carefully curated physical activities to build endurance, strength, and coordination.

We go beyond physical health and prioritize mental wellness too. Seamlessly integrated social emotional learning lessons will equip your children with crucial skills to manage stress, regulate emotions, and nurture positive relationships.
